Calls under 3 minutes are usually early hang-ups, wrong numbers or voicemails. They add noise without adding insight. Filter them before sending or we will filter them on ingestion.

Non-negotiables are checked per call stage, so an opening rule is only evaluated against the opening of the call. This means you can have stage-specific expectations without creating false positives.

We help you write and refine your non-negotiables during onboarding. Most teams start with 8–12 rules and add more after the first round of data. You can also assign severity weights (Minor to Critical) so the compliance grade reflects what really matters.

Which campaign or product are these calls for? Non-negotiables and compliance grades are scoped per product, so reporting stays clean if you sell multiple things.
Provide an agent list, or tell us your file naming convention (e.g. AgentName_Date_Product.mp3). Vootery auto-discovers agents from metadata or filenames.
