Call stages
Rules are stage-aware. An opening requirement is only checked in the opening. A closing obligation is only checked at close. This prevents false positives from context bleeding.
Client type can be inferred from a key question. Mark a non-negotiable as a client indicator and Vootery tags calls as New or Existing automatically.
Critical misses hurt the grade more than minor misses.
Weighted formula: sum of (mentioned x weight) divided by sum of (total x weight). The result maps to letter grades A through F.
Each check stores the transcript excerpt used to make the decision. Reviewers can see the exact words that triggered a pass or fail.
